GINGERLINE SINGAPORE
All aboard from the old port of Singapore (NB, not to scale). This rustic trading port, complete with a river of crushed glass, boat seating, long-legged jetties and a beautifully painted peranakan shop bar serving the most exotic multi-layered cocktails, is the jumping off point for the five flavorlogical dimensions to come. Inspired by the history of the region, there were canapés from a canopy of ancient jungle, the neon buzz of
the hawker market, a sunset rest stop with oolong infused cocktails, a home cooked meal in our traditional peranakan house, and a visit into the not too distant future in our skytop bar with animated illustrations and dancing robot servers. For the full video click here.
