THE GIANT STORYTELLING SNAIL
Inspired by our deep desire to lie in puddles, the Giant storytelling snail was a commission to engage children with the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as part of the Olympic legacy. The nomadic tale-telling platform is home to Shelby and Sheldon, our resident young snails, with a phobia of direct sunlight, birds and French people. Confused and curious about the many strange things beyond the
peas pottage allotment of their junior years, they gingerly venture outWhat are these strange finger shells, in fact, what are fingers? Even more strange, what are these weird places with dry carpets you call homes? Our two adventurers are on a quest of knowledge to discover what makes a home, whilst sharing tales of theirs.
